Since 1983, Dr. Sun has been on the forefront in utilizing advanced laparoscopic and microscopic procedures to treat a variety of medical conditions for the first time in Lake County.  In 2002, he was one of only 900 physicians certified by the Accreditation Council for Gynecologic Endoscopy in the practice of Advanced Operative Laparoscopy and Advanced Operative Hysteroscopy.
